Members were welcomed and Minutes of March 7, 2007 meeting were approved and signed.
Annie and Kenneth gave feedback on their initial scan of each of their college areas. All in all most of the areas looked pretty good. It was decided that more time was needed for a more thorough scan.
At the next meeting members will bring a written report of their scanning activities and findings, noting:
-popular places where students smoke
-if it is at least 20 feet away from any building
-where the ashtrays are
-any signage about smoking
-where possible signage might be placed
As a reminder, these are the areas that members committed to at the previous meeting:
Amir Khan: ERC, Geisel Library
Todd Miyake: Sixth, Center Hall
Annie Maltester: Muir, Student Co-op, Peterson, Solis
Aria Jafari (for Arian Mashood): Revelle, Price Center
Kenneth Wong: Warren
At the next meeting, Debbie will bring information about the process for additional signage on campus, and the possible moving and/or addition of ashtrays.

Future meeting dates are: Monday May 7th at 1:00, and Monday May 21st at 1:00. (Monday of weeks 6 and 8)
