Introductions:
Mark opened the meeting by having everyone introduce themselves.
Survey review/feedback:
Two draft surveys, one for users and one non-users of SHS was reviewed. Several suggestions for changes were made. The surveys will be administered on Library Walk during the SHA Wellness Event on Wed. 5/26, 10am-2pm.
Sign-ups for Survey Administration:
The following members signed-up to help administer the surveys on 5/26. Instead of just handing the surveys out, people will be asked the questions and the administrators will fill out the survey:
Christine and Jediah
Mark and Gabby
Mark and Gigi
There may also be additional help from some of the new SHAs.
Next Year:
All of the members present at the meeting will be returning next year, and potentially all would be interested in continuing with SHAC. Mark will be continuing as Chair as well. A couple of the students who will be here in the summer volunteered to compile the survey responses. These will be shared at the first SHAC meeting in the Fall. Members were asked to think about and pass on any other additional areas of interest for next year.
Since it was the last meeting members were thanked for their contributions and participation in SHAC over the past year. Members shared that they enjoyed the experience and felt that it had been a productive year.
