    Payment Policy: SHS accepts payment by the campus recharge process. An index number must be included on the reservations form.

    Fees:
    • Student Health & Wellness Groups - no charge
    • Student Affairs' Groups - $60/hr per 2 hour timeslot; $20/hr thereafter
    • Other UCSD Groups/Departments - $100/hr per 2 hour timeslot; $30/hr thereafter
    Cancellation Policy: Accepted up to 14 working days prior to your scheduled event. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full rental fee
    Hours:
    • M, Tues, Thurs, Friday (8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.).
    • Wed (9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.).
    • Excluding all University Holidays
    Catering: Food and Beverages allowed. Alcohol is prohibited.
    Parking:
    • Parking is not available at the Student Health Service.
    • Conference room hosts may quickly unload and load their vehicles near the conference room entrance only.
    • Student Health is not responsible for parking tickets.
