The 8 Dimensions of Well-being
The concepts of health and well-being are holistic in nature and involve all aspects of the individual. Well-being encompasses the Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Intellectual, Financial and Occupational dimensions of a person. All of these dimensions are inter-connected. Taking care of one particular dimension (or not) impacts a person's overall health and well-being.




The Zone

The Health, Recreation, and Well-being Cluster includes Student Health Services, Sexual Assault & Violence Prevention Resource Center, Counseling and Psychological Services, and Recreation. Together they offer free workshops and classes at The Zone in the Price Center.



Health, Recreation & Well-being Leadership Award Program
The Health, Recreation & Well-being Leadership Award Program provides students with the tools to review and assess their personal well-being. The program also informs students about campus resources to support their journey towards optimal well-being.
