Health and wellness are holistic - they involve all aspects of the individual. The holistic concept of wellness encompasses not only the Physical, but also the Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Intellectual and Occupational dimensions of a person. These Dimensions of Wellness are interconnected. Taking care of a particular dimension (or not), impacts a person's overall health and well-being.


The suggestions in each dimension are designed to motivate and assist students in maintaining a balance in their physical, emotional and social wellness. We also encourage students to be proactive in using the many wellness resources available on campus.
