During academic quarters, we provide nutrition counseling through our registered dietitian and dietetic interns. This service includes a computerized assessment of your nutritional requirements and follow-up visits as needed. If you do not have SHIP, there is a $20 fee per visit. Make an appointment online or call Central Scheduling at (858) 534-8089. Use this Diet Assessment form to record three days' food intake and bring to your appointment.

A Registered Dietitian, a physician and a psychologist facilitate the weekly Weight Management Group meetings. The focus is on diet, exercise and behavior modification.
The group meets during Fall, Winter and Spring quarters, and will continue through Summer 2009; meetings are free to registered students, and no appointment is needed.
