Online Scheduling

Online scheduling via MyStudentChart is now live. Students now have access to schedule for new and follow up non-urgent primary care and reproductive health appointments.*

Log in to MyStudentChart > Click on visits > Schedule an appointment > Choose SHS Primary Care or SHS Reproductive Health

Self-Scheduling Options Will Include:

Primary Care: skin, eye, urinary, STI, contraception consult/follow ups—all other reasons will be prompted to call for scheduling.

Reproductive Health: urinary, STI, vaginal, annual GYN, contraception consult/follow ups—all other reasons will be prompted to call for scheduling.

• Please use your assigned primary health care provider (PCP) to ensure continuity of care.
• The schedule will be available 30 days out at a time.

• Respiratory and urgent issues
• Travel exams
• Procedures
• Video visits
• Nutrition
• Mental health
• Social work
• Sports medicine
• Physical exams

You can call your assigned group directly or (858) 534-3300 to schedule these appointments.

*If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel or give at least a 4-hour notice to avoid a $20 fee.
