Cost of Optometry Exams and Products

Schedule your comprehensive eye exam by logging onto MyStudentChart > Click on visits > Schedule an appointment > Choose Comprehensive Eye Exam

Insurance

Undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled in the Blue View Vision Plan (Anthem) receive significant discounts on exams and products. Those with UC SHIP or RAFT are eligible for discounts only at the UCSD Student Health Services Optometry Clinic. To find out more information about your plan vision plan, please call Anthem Blue View Vision at (866) 940-8306.

Late Fee Policy

A fee will be charged to your University account for late arrival after the 10 minute grace period, appointment no-shows, or failure to cancel at least 4 hours before your appointment.

Late arrivals may be charged a late fee if there is insufficient time for the patient to be seen.
